Mamad Breathtaking 3 BR Apt w Sea View in Central

This is a 10/10 except for two reasons listed below. Everything else is great. The pool looks great, the location is nice, and the parking is great, once you get in.

The biggest issue is that building security didn't let us access the pool. There was a guard there who said "the owner had to be present". We booked this because it has a nice pool to hang out with kids. We talked to landlord staff through booking and two Whatsapp numbers, and they couldn't resolve it. The second was outside their control and we resolved it ourselves, because we speak Hebrew and didn't give up. This time support didn't even answer. The issue was that the road to the entrance of the garage was blocked off. The guy blocking the road only let residents in with proof of residency. We needed about 20m of the road to get to the parking. "Not my problem, come back at 2am" The guard at the parking entrance was not willing to help, "not my problem". Neither spoke English. Eventually we got the building guard to tell us there is another entrance that is not blocked, and we managed to get in through that gate after about 15 minutes of argument.
