El alojamiento es verdaderamente bonito. Súper cómodo. Muy limpio. Excelente ubicación. Está muy bien equipado. La atención del recepcionista de la mañana excelente.
El día viernes tuvimos una situación muy desagradable. Por la tarde mi acompañante y yo estábamos descansando en el cuarto, cuando el señor que cuida la recepción por la tarde abrió sin autorización con una tarjeta adicional nuestro cuarto estando nosotros adentro. Mi acompañante se molestó mucho ya que estaba justo sentado en el sofá cama. Desconocemos el por qué quiso entrar, siendo que sabía que nosotros estábamos descansando. Y aún así no hubiéramos estado, no tenía por qué entrar sin autorización. Únicamente por la mañana solicitamos la limpieza pero nada más. Con todo respeto, no tenía por qué entrar a nuestra habitación sin autorización alguna. Espero puedan tomar en cuenta esta situación tan incómoda.

Tuxtla is not that great of a tourist town. Uber struggles to find the property.
