Walking distance to the beach, town centre, shops, bars, restaurants, takeaway, supermarkets (Cargills-Food City, Arpico-Super Centre), groceries, banks, post office, medical care and pharmacy, church, train station and other public transport. Close to the Zoo. 10 minutes walking distance along the beach to Mount Lavinia diving facilities.
Equipped with CCTV security system. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. Cleaners can be arranged on request at extra cost. The apartment is clean and tidy . It is surprisingly quiet considering the railway station amd bus station are a 5 m8nute walk away. The owners are friendly and helpful.
