Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war, wie beschrieben ( OG, DZ mit Balkon). Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der Pension. Das Frühstück war ausreichend - Zusatzwünsche wurden freundlich umgesetzt. Im Flur befand sich ein Kühlschrank mit Wurst, Schinken und Getränken zur Selbstbedienung (Liste, Bezahlung bei Abreise). Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich; es war immer ordentlich. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Die Pension liegt - wie beschrieben - etwas außerhalb von Bad Staffelstein; dadurch ist es schön ruhig. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man schon das Auto. In Bad Staffelstein ist jedoch alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.
Die Gesamtausstattung der Pension ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal eine kleine Aufbesserung vertragen - vor allem auf dem Balkon. Auch die Auflagen für die Stühle könnten mal eine Wäsche vertragen.
Beim Frühstück wurde auf kleinen Platten Tisch für Tisch angerichtet (Wurst, Käse etc.). Vieles wurde dabei gar nicht geschafft. Vielleicht wäre ein kleines Bufett zur Selbstbedienung angebrachter, dann müsste nicht so viel entsorgt werden -ist doch schade.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Staffelberg the hill feature overlooking the area, with a church and a bar. The breakfast was superb in a room that had a brillant view and swallows flew past.
The room was in the eves over the bed.
The parking is a little trick, however the owners come out to help without being asked.
