    This hotel is one of a few actually on the Zambezi River (and at a fraction of the price). It borders a nature reserve so there is often wildlife on the lawns - i was extra lucky and saw Elephant visitors. There is a pool with a great view, the rooms are good & staff are so friendly. Pro Tips would be to skip the breakfast inclusion & eat in town; Download inDrive app (like Uber) for cheaper taxis rides around; and, definately order the fillet steak at the hotel & ask for a Malawian shandy, it is great!

    Stunning hotel with lovely, friendly staff. Right on the Zambezi. Free shuttle to falls which was very convenient indeed. Great food, comfortable rooms and beds- would recommend 🙌🤩

    The hotel is really nice with scenic views. The room was a bit small though. But it’s okay, you don’t spend much time in the room because of how much there is to do. The staff were great, a special mention for Trish, she helped with the activities and what an amazing job she did. She was probably the highlight of my stay. Extremely grateful for her, we enjoyed our time in Victoria Falls because of her help. However, you will starve. I’m still waiting for someone to come take my lunch order 😩 The restaurant service was not the best. Firstly, we were not informed that you had to reserve a table for dinner and so when we walked in we were told they had no space for us. I expressed my displeasure and we were eventually given a table. They simply could have informed us at check-in that reservations need to be made for dinner. Secondly, we wanted to order room service for lunch one afternoon and no-one picked up the phone. Reception eventually picked up and told us they would send someone to get our order, we are still waiting. With the exception of the restaurant drama, I would recommend the hotel. It’s gorgeous and comfortable.

    Overall we had a lovely experience. The place is alittle dated. Disappointed with the back and forth advice on late checkout. Come back at 7pm, come at 7am, come back at 8am. No late check out. In the end they gave us our old rooms as they do not have changing facilities outside of the rooms
