The staff is doing Fraud be careful with your card and payments!

I have stay before in BB hotels chain and both the quality and experience always been excellent. But this hotel is different. When you arrive to the hotel staff points you at the other BB hotel on the road and then says go back to the other one (happend 3x times with an other customer). Staff is barely at the reception or watching movies at the backdoor. The biggest problem I had in this hotel was the Duplicate payment they took from me the staff. They took first card payment and said it was denied when the machine said it was approved and so they said try a second time. Second time ”worked” but thhe money had been withdrawn 2x times. I said this to the receptionist and showed them my digital banking she said No this is noncene and nonchalanted me away. As I was insisting she said go and talk with the manager. Manager showed a piece of paper from BB (not bank paper normal paper) that this amount has been charged once and not twice. She then afterwards ignored me for 2 days and said talk wiith your bank. I called my bank which had cancelled the payment as the receptionist said, two days later I arrive home guess what they took back the money. As I called booking.com which took a bit of a time for their service yet excellent service they helped me with everything when I provided them the same information. This hotels receptionist is complete fraud and thieves, but I am really grateful for booking.com excellent service and customer care.

OK hôtel.

The mattresses were very nice, the room was big enough and the shower was good. Not much noise around which was great. Breakfast OK.

The floor wasnt clean at all, a lot of stains and little things ( crumbs) especially near the double bed something black and sticky... And some dry blood drops in the bathroom right under the sink. Graffitis under the single bed Unfortunately no hairdryer in the bathroom.

le matin nous mettons l'étiquette ne pas déranger sur la porte mais le personnel vient taper plusieurs fois a la porte savoir si nous sommes la ce qui nous réveille , c'est dommage .

Une vieille dame brune raciste pas accueillante du tout elle nous voient arriver soupire persistante et des grimace on a répète 3 fois en disant bonjour et ça réponse a elle que voulait vous c'est vraiment ignobles ce genre de comportement a son âge, si elle veut pas avoir les gens de couleur qu'elle change de travail grosses raciste c'est genre de comportement je le vois a la prochaine je porte plainte contre elle

Bonjour , Difficulté à trouver le bon BB , de très mauvais gout d'avoir implanté un BB sur deux communes dans la même rue d'ou la nécessité de déranger , je suppose ;vos opérateurs à l'interphone pour nous diriger vers le bon BB Le plus grave se situe dans la salle de bain , la douche est trop exiguë et l'on referme le robinet en se retournant , la cata c'est quand vous sortez de la douche avec les pieds mouillés vous glissez sur la sol car la marche est trop haute et il y a un important risque d'accident , vous aurez des comptes à rendre si quelqu'un se blesse ou se tue à cause de cela Voila , pas génial votre BB

Les tables de nuit pour éteindre la lumière a perpette obligé de se lever pour éteindre, une odeur dans la chambre qui traine, salle de bain pas de sèche cheveux obligé d'aller en chercher un à l'accueil plus de savon, le petit déjeuner n'en parlons pas croissant et pain au chocolat tout mou, pour le prix j'estime que c'est cher quand même, vraiment déçu. Je ne retournerai pas, impersonnel.

Appréciable d'avoir une chambre propre, calme, accès facile à la chambre hors horaires d'ouverture de la réception. Restaurant juste à côté qui dépanne bien.

Equipement sommaire, j'aurai apprécié d'avoir une bouilloire pour préparer un café instantanée avant de commencer ma journée, hors ouverture du buffet.

la pénurie de main-d'œuvre n'explique pas tout

je n'ai pas eu la chambre réservée et n'ai pas été prévenu avant mon arrivée. pas de chauffage, du bruit extérieur à 23:00 et à 03:00. le petit déjeuner médiocre ( plus d'œuf brouillé, plus de lard grillé, pas de jus d'orange. habitué de cet établissement je n'y reviendrai plus. j'en ai informé la responsable au matin avant de partir.
