Nice flat, comfortable and well equipped. Close to a big supermarket in a quiet residential area. Plenty of off-road parking. Feels very safe. Hassan was incredibly welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. He was very responsive throughout. An absolute pleasure to deal with him.

The location is a bit out of town. Although in principle you can catch a grand taxi (shared taxi) for 5 dirhams (half a Euro) and be in the medina of Tetouan in 10-15 min, in reality it can take more than half hour just to find a taxi. The location is also not well known to local taxi drivers. We had to help some drivers find the location with the Google map app on our phone. The property was reasonably clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Wat een geweldig verblijf! Vanaf het allereerste moment werden we hartelijk ontvangen door een ontzettend vriendelijke en super behulpzame eigenaar, die echt alles deed om ons verblijf perfect te maken – er was niets wat te veel gevraagd was. De accommodatie zelf was absoluut perfect: brandschoon, stijlvol ingericht en precies zoals beschreven. De ligging is fantastisch: rustig en vredig, ideaal om helemaal tot rust te komen, terwijl je dankzij de uitstekende verbinding binnen no-time in het bruisende centrum bent. De veilige parking direct bij het gebouw gaf ons extra zekerheid en gemak. Alles klopte gewoon – van de gastvrijheid tot het comfort en de locatie.

Great location if you travel by car. Outside the confusion of the city but close enough to go to the center or the beach, and has a supermarket and fast food places close by.

It could be cleaner. And it is on a third floor with no elevator.

The owner was very nice and was on time with everything. advice was also given where there were beautiful beaches for the children.
