A cozy and warm place for a comfortable stay, with one small detail to keep in mind in winter.

The stay was very good overall. The apartment was cozy, clean, and warm, with a pleasant atmosphere, especially in winter.

In winter, even with the heating on, the floors were quite cold. It’s better to bring slippers.

Trip to the F1 at Spa

Quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location. On site restaurant was great - good food, fast service and friendly staff.

Superb

Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, spices, cleaning equipment, even a cheese grater) and living room (soft lighting candles, tv and cd player, a nice collection of CDs, netflix). Kids corner with kids toys and books. Comfortable and clean. You really only need to bring food and clothes for a really comfortable stay. We came with three kids (one of which is a baby) and had a really good time. Endless supply of hot water in the shower. Great location for star travel. Highly recomended.

A banging noise which lasts about 40 seconds several times at night (quite loud in the master bedroom). The ladder to the bedrooms is steep and took some getting used to. You have to put the linen on the beds independently (if you come late take this under consideration). We couldnt figure out the thermostat and it was either very hot or off.

Not as good as we hoped

Charming little bungalow with some nice details the owners had thought of like Christmas decoration and some toys the kids had great fun with. The owners were quite responsive via messages and attentive as well. Down the street there is a playground which was a lot of fun for the kids. Location is nice and quiet

The chalet could have been cleaner, we found our bedroom to be a bit dusty and there was quite a bit of cat or dog hair in the kitchen/living room as well. By far the worst part was that the pool was closed though.. This was such a bummer as it was one of the main reasons we booked this particular place, and the information on Booking.com specifically stated that the pool was open. I talked to the receptionist and she was very casual about it, like "Oh, the technician hasn't shown up to fix it yet". Our little one was looking forward to swimming so much and then we couldn't.. We realize this is not the owners' fault but it's a huge thumbs down for the park itself and for this reason we will not be back

the property is well located with various facilities available. the hosts keep the chalet clean and comfy and have several toys and dvds for kids.

the property managers are responsible for providing towels and other kitchen and bathroom amenities. A huge amount of plastic is used which is not necessary (every towel is wrapped individually in plastic). the pool area for kids was not working neither of the three days we were there, but no explanation was provided.

Spa F1 Weekend Stay

Lovely cosy chalet tucked away in the Ardennes woodlands near the beautiful but compact city of Durbuy. All the domestic appliances that you need for a long weekend or even a week. The chalet was well furnished and had a welcoming and warm feel. Beds for five adults. All comfortable with good quality bed linen provided for a small fee. The balcony was good too although with the wet weather we didn’t use it, this time... The central heating was very efficient as was the hot water. So the shower was good even though the door to the cubicle was faulty. This was the only issue though. The site was well managed by Sunclass with the restaurant and bar a particular highlight. Only a short walk from the chalet which is nice. There was a really great atmosphere with live music on the Saturday evening as well as good selection of food and drink. More of a genuine bespoke restaurant vibe than a chalet park venue. A real plus for sure.

Shower door was faulty. Needed to bring tea towels and hand towels; our fault for thinking there would be some to be honest.

Magnificent stay!

This property was cosy and welcoming. You almost feel like you are in your own home! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. I will definitely book again in the future.

Superverblijf in dit prachtig rustige huisje

Superfijn huisje, zoveel rust! Comfortabele zetels , heerlijk om lekker in weg te zakken. Parking voor de deur en koffie en theetjes aanwezig, wat een welkom gevoel hadden wij hier. Wat me opviel was ook hoe proper het hier was, echt heel aangenaam. Op korte afstand van de brasserie en wandelafstand naar centrum Durbuy. Heel fijn contact met de eigenaren, alles was perfect gewoon. Een heel fijne kerst gehad in dit prachtig versierde huisje.

Ik kan echt niks bedenken. Top verblijf gehad

Heerlijk verblijf in knus huis

Heel knus huisje met alles erop en eraan; prettig onthaal bij receptie, zwembad, tennisbaan en voetbalveld zeer gewaardeerd door de kinderen, en een prachtige omgeving.

De douches bij het zwembad waren aan de frisse kant.

Prima huisje in een hele mooie omgeving. Goede faciliteiten op het park. Simpel, maar functioneel. Zeldzaam mooi weer gehad.
