Esa Apart Hotel

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. We felt safe throughout our stay and had everything we needed.

It was very good and clean

Everything was excellent. Staff was really cooperative. All the facilities were functioning as expected. Location was also very good.

+ The location is perfect if you’re coming to Trabzon from Georgia by bus. The driver usually stops at Mediane, and from there it’s just a three-minute walk uphill to the hotel. You’re right next to two parks, as well as shopping and grocery stores. + The staff were friendly and even recommended an amazing local baklava place, which made me really happy.

- That said, the place didn’t match the photos. I booked it thinking there would be two toilets: a squat (Turkish) toilet and a regular one. Unfortunately, my room only had a shower and the Turkish toilet, so the regular toilet was not available. - The apartment also wasn’t clean when I arrived. The floor in the toilet room was covered with water, and I actually slipped when I entered. The trash can still had soap wrappers and other garbage in it. There was even black hair stuck to the shower walls. - I also found it strange that the hotel didn’t provide any tea in the room. There were plenty of dishes, cutlery, and even a dishwasher, but not a single tea bag. - Another issue was the door lock. It was very difficult to open and close since the key wouldn’t turn properly, and I ended up wasting a lot of time just trying to get it to work. - Finally, the room is located on the ground floor, which means people passing by can see right in. No privacy.
