The biggest problem was lack of water pressure, particularly in the second bedroom. It was horrible and water stopped running in the middle of showers. Very disappointing.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The condo is incredibly clean, the ocean and land views (from the multiple balconies) are gorgeous, and the staff is friendly and welcoming!
David did a terrific job communicating all of the details we needed for our stay, so we knew exactly what to expect... and the check-in and check-out processes were both easy and smooth.
We had three couples, so having three spacious bedrooms with large beds and private bathrooms was simply perfect. Easy to get around the entire property, from the gym to parking to the market, pools, and beaches! An absolute five-star experience! We will look for David's condo for our next visit!

7 of us stayed at this condo. Communication with host was limited to automated emails and texts. The place was clean and Minimally stocked. There was only salt as a spice- no pepper in the container, no outdoor furniture except 4 chairs. This rental seems like it is fit to limit damages by young renters and not families. There were several bulbs out and a bathroom fan that didn’t work. Dishwasher bottom tray was completely rusted out so you had to lift it to load and unload. Bedroom doors were loud and squeaky which was annoying when you had a teen on the pullout couch in the main room. We got cleaning once during our stay. Views were great.
