Panaramico Superior Apartments LILI with Sea view in Dramalj

Clean, close to beech,restaurants,bakery and grocery store.

Accommodation is nice, very clean. Location is ok, app. 8 minutes to the nice beach. Very nice promenade to Crikvenica. In your room you hear everything from the street, but that was no problem for us. Recommended!

Accomodation was realy nice, also owners were very nice people. Quiet place for families, no party or loud people nearby.

I would not recommend this appartement not because the accomodation itself but because the payment. We paid 750 eur instead of 640 eur as was written in Booking. Problem was the agency, which have set the prices in kunas and we must have paid 8 eur/day for A/C.

Good things: - self parking in front of the house - really nice hosts (owner)

They wanted to charge EUR 9/day extra for air conditioning. This is the first time this has happened to me in over 20 years of travelling. And I only got this email after I had booked the room and realised that I could not cancel the booking without losing half the money. Don't get me wrong; I would rather pay an extra EUR 10/day more for the rental than being asked for an extra EUR 9/day for the air conditioning. Ait conditionning is somehow expected to be part of the apartment during the summer period and it was also higlighted at the Booking website. Well, apparently the apartment has "Air conditioning", but as I found out later I can't use it unless I pay extra for its us :) How clever, eh? And what's next? Paying an extra EUR 5 per day for the bed and an extra EUR 2 per day for using the fridge? Well at least I hope the air conditioning is free during the winter.
