    Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities in the room were just right. The hotel has much to offer being close to the beach yet away from the mainstream, but only a short drive to all restaurants and activities. Staff was courteous and engaging. It was a nice two-day get-a-way for a great price, considering breakfast was included and it was more than a “continental” style breakfast.

    Many things that were unacceptable. Given a 1st floor room. Looked towards ocean, blocked by bushes. Pet friendly hotel meant dog owners constantly walking pets in front of room. Sliding doors were broken and unclean. Shower did not work... could nit put water on. Desk personnel said to just be aggressive with it. After 30 minutes got it to work.

    We were very comfortable with the 2 Queen beds & had plenty of room to relax. The view was lovely for partial view of the ocean & beach. It was awesome to be so close to where we dug clams too! I liked having breakfast for my family too!

    Still uses the Best Western name cause they suck, not affiliated. Everything is broken (doors, screens, sofa, beds, plug ins, bath tub clogged. Roomed looked ok until we started to use it. Extremely noisy day and night. Asked to be moved would not upgrade to another suite only beside the noise makers. Breakfast was good till staff told guests to cramp and eat together and demanded everyone to show their breakfast ticket before continuing to eat. Visually looked alright but will never return. Also way over priced for what it was supposed to be. Only one new girl working at night, maintenance guy called in three times on day off once for us call our door lock died could not get back in our room. Would have had a better night sleeping in my truck with my family.
