Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do Torwaru, nieco dalej do centrum, ale spokojna dzielnica. W mieszkanku wszystko co potrzeba. Wystrój klimatyczny w bieli i czerni. Świetny kontakt z gospodynią.

Gera vieta, netoli miesto centras, ramus, tylus rajonas. Butas nedidelis, bet yra visi reikiami dalykai, įskaitant virtuvės įranga. Švari ir tvarkinga laiptinė bei namo prieigos. Iškart išėjus dvi parduotuvės kuriose yra visos būtinos prekės. Vietoje galėjome rasti tualetinį popierių, higienos priemones, šiukšlių maišus
Lova galėtų būti patogesnė Butas tikrai labai mažas, sunku apsisukti. Norėtųsi didesnės dušo galvos, nes vietos tam tikrai pakankamai vietos, tuo atveju dušo erdvė būtų nuostabi. Paskutinę naktį laiptinėje jautėsi labai stipri kanalizacijos smarvė, deja miegant ta smarvė prasismelkė ir į butą.. Prasta situacija su parkingu, darbo dienomis jis mokamas ir labai sunku rasti tuščią vietą, teko sukti kelis ratus ir parkuotis toli nuo buto. Šiek tiek trūko švaros, kampuose matėsi purvo, dulkių.

- bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z dala od głównej drogi a dobrze skomunikowana, blisko uroczy park - na dole Żabka i Carrefour - wszystko co najpotrzebniejsze dostępne w kuchni, plus za kawiarkę - wystrój przyjemny - normalna mocna suszarka w łazience
- słabe wygłuszenie, słychać sąsiadów i parkujące samochody - słabe ciśnienie wody - niektóre naczynia do wymiany, np. uszkodzona patelnia
