Beachfront house with a real beach location. Private jaquzzi,

The villa is perfect, spacious, clean and comfortable exactly as the photos show, giving out onto a lovely beach which stretches into the distance. Some mornings you'd walk out on to the beach and there would be no one else along the entire multi-km length of the beach - ok, it was low season, but even so, there are not many places you can step out onto a paradise beach like that. There is a step in the sand in front of the row of villas which means there is a drop of maybe a metre or so to reach the sea - nothing serious, but a fair climb back up for the less fit. The guard saw we were using the beach and dug out a set of steps in the sand through this drop !! Per, the owner, responds quickly to any questions and sorted out one thing for us quickly. Ice, the local agent is brilliant - she's always happy to help with any questions or advice. Huai Yang is lovely - even though it's a pretty small town, there is everything you might need, plenty of small shops, and maybe 15-20 restaurants spread throughout the village. Don't come looking for Magaluf, it's very quiet, but that was part of the attraction for us. In short go for it - fantastic villa, beautiful setting in a lovely little town, backed up some lovely people. I hope we get to go back.

Per (owner) is quick to respond, informative and very helpful going out of his way to help us with information on options for our son who is a coeliac. I can highly recommend him as the first point of contact. Secondly, a lady named Ice (local manager) is amazing. So helpful, kind, knowledgeable. Her English is very good and there will be no problems on this front. Again, highly recommended. On to the property. The photos are very accurate and the large house is very clean and comfortable. The views are incredible and at night, the sea is so loud, it is almost like there are speakers piping the noise into the house. Lovely background noise and to fall asleep to. You really do step out of the garden gate onto the beach. Note of warning, if you are a little older, after the initial 4/5m wide beach, there is a steep 1.2m drop/step where the high tide stops. If you want to swim, you will need to be able to get down and up again. Didn't affect us but the entire 1.5km beach is like this. The sea isn't especially deep and you can go pretty far out to waist height. The water is clean and often has fishing boats traversing back and forth from the nearby fishing village behind the house (actually the front of the house). Their berthing is behind the rocky outcrop to the right of the house and just add to the lovely setting. The complex swimming pool is 30 seconds walk from the front door and has a baby pool section. It is very clean and has a magnificent backdrop. The day usually started with beach time, quick clean off under the outdoor shower, walk to the swimming pool and then home for jacuzzi time. The outdoor area is a joy...a large dining table under cover with that fantastic vista and then an uncovered area with sufficient deck chairs. The house includes two friendly dogs, Doris and Sally. The kids loved having the dogs to play with. The kitchen is quite well supplied with crockery and cutlery. We usually only cooked breakfast. Lunch would be fruit bought at the village market. Supper was eaten out or occasionally take aways. You WILL need a motorbike to get around and shop. As for issues, no computer but now has a streaming box. You need to buy bottled water to drink, cook with and brush teeth. Would suggest Per including a small welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar/water on arrival after the taxi trip from Bangkok. To conclude, fantastic home; amazing setting; excellent management.Would go again and unequivocally recommend you book it.

Vi är en familj på två vuxna och fem tonårsbarn. Vi tillbringade två veckor vid strandhuset under jul/nyår 2017. Vi stormtrivdes allihopa! Bilderna som fanns på nätet stämde mycket väl med verkligheten. Det var ett lugnt och harmoniskt ställe. Strand på ena sidan huset och en ren och fräsch pool på andra sidan. Välskött.! "Ice" som kvinnan hette som "huserade" /jobbade i området var fantastiskt hjälpsam och hade alltid ett leende på läpparna. Hon pratade bra engelska. En moppe var ett absolut måste för att ta sig till och från i området skulle jag vilja signalera! Boka gärna innan för många hade problem att få tag på en. ( ett tips ). Våra ungar älskade stället och vi vill mer än gärna rekommendera stället. Ann och Per som äger huset var serviceminded och snabba på att svara på mail om man hade en fråga om något.
