Parking spot, location (close to Trogir), terrace, check in/out times. Even though there are areas for improvement, we had a pleasant stay and would book again.

There was only cleaning after 7 days. Not emptying trashcans or cleaning bathroom, floors and beds. No toiletpapier or bags for trashcans supplied. Language barrier, host does not speak English.

The location is good with beach across the the street, and a bakery and supermarket 2-3 min walk. Clean apartment, nice balcony in apartmant upstairs with a sea view.

The apartment has aircondition in the living room. Not in the 2 bedrooms, so it gets really warm juring the night. You can open the widows but lots of music from bar close, so not so easy to sleep. And the beds are really hard. We asked the landlord for a fan, but she was not very helpful. The apartment has to bedrooms, but in one of the rooms there is only a single bed, so if you are 4 persons, one has to sleep in the sofa in the livingroom. Also the kitchen does not have a stove, only two hotplates that takes for ever to boil a egg. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 1 toilet paper. You have to by your self. Also there was no cleaning or new towles. We asked the landlord please to get one new towle, but again not helpful. We are jused to travel a lot, (we just spent 3 weeks in Greece) and we wanted to vistit Croatia to compare. I have to say that this Croatian landlord needs to learn moore of Greek hospitality where you want to come back next year because of good service. Maby its the lack of not speaking English, but I dont think so. About Okrug Gornji. Overcrowded!!! and very expencive!! To by a bottle of wather in resturant near by, 30 Kuna (4 Euro). The only resturant we really liked the food was at TOC. Lots of bars in the seafront, but not serving food like omelett or pizza or easy made food. The sun beds cost 50 Kuna (7,5Euro). If you want to visit Split you need to take 2 boats. First one to Trogir ,2 Euro- 20 min, and then the next boat 7 Euro and 1,5 hour. You can go with uber, but maby get stuck in traffick. Its easyer to go to Trogir, and its very beautiful, but also owercrowded. We were hoping to get around a little moore, but it was not so easy from Gornji. We rented at boat for one day and visited some Islands close by. That was very nice.
