The property space was excellent. The apartment was clean and didn’t have an odor like previous reviews mentioned. We needed lots of room and that’s exactly what we got. The water takes awhile to get warm (which was clearly noted in each bathroom) but it never got actually hot which was a little bit bothersome to the basketball players showering frequently during the week. There’s a nice off the road place to park but there was frequently other people parked in the spaces also and sitting at the outdoor space that was to be for our use (that was not the owner’s fault that was people not paying attention or caring about signage). You could hear traffic and people pretty clearly in the night from outside but it wasn’t horrible. Overall it worked out for our needs for this week but with my young children and the uncertainty of the individuals that had easy access to the outside of the property (once even trying the door) We will probably not choose to stay here again.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to attractions. Ping pong was a hit!

First, the price for the stay was reasonable and we (almost) had enough beds for our group. The number of beds advertised vs the number listed in the confirmation vs the actual number of beds did not match up. We made it work, but it ended up being pretty awkward.
Regarding the property, it's located above a smoke shop and cigarette smells crept up into the rental unit. The entryway also smelled musty so the place just didn't feel very clean to us.
One of the bedrooms had bunk beds, which wouldn't have been an issue, but they were very rickety and seemed unstable. No one was willing to use them. There were also bits of metal pieces in the carpet... another thing that made us feel like the space wasn't well cleaned.
Anyway, the space itself was kind of cool and the layout and number of beds / bathrooms worked for us but the location, smoke, and cleanliness were very disappointing. We did not contact the property manager during our short stay.
