About this apartment rental
Lovely Suite with separate entrance overlooking the riverbank of the Sunflower River in a gated neighborhood. The Suite has a california king bed . There is a sitting area in the bedroom with a 65” tv , sofa and 2 swivel chair. There is a large walk-in shower & nice sink area with separate toilet area in the bath. There is also a jacuzzi tub. The bedroom has a electric fireplace, a coffee bar with mini fridge and microwave., induction hot plate toaster oven / air flyer with pots and pans . ( There is a sink in the bathroom but not in the kitchenette)
A separate glass sunroom with sofa & comfy chair with a dining/desk area and small TV completes the Suite
The space
Beautifully furnished Apartment with wonderful views overlooking riverbank , one mile from Clarksdale. Private wooded area behind so you are secluded in the country yet only 4 minutes to downtown Clarksdale or to Shack up / Hopson entertainment.. There is a gas grill you share with the Sunflower Penthouse. The 2 sofas in the Suite are long and comfortable to sleep on if you have extra folks ( sheets and pillows available for them in chest in the bedroomor closet

Beautiful riverbank to wander , shared side yard with fish pond and fountains, shared large deck with gas fire pit and table for outside dining, separate shared area around gas grill with benches . Take a walk across the road to the Cotton field straight across the road from Luster Lane or roam down to the river bank via steps on garage end of house( where the gas grill is)
Other things to note
There is a lock box on the door. Your entrance is around the right side of the house, up a few steps to the back deck . The French door,which is your entrance to the house ,has a lock box next to it with the key. You will be entering your apartment through the sunroom.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. Clean and comfortable, I found myself wanting to spend the entire day on the porch reading and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent! If we return to Clarksdale, we definitely want to stay here again!

Beautifully appointed property. So peaceful and serene. It is a place that is convenient to town but you really enjoy just staying there.

The accommodations were more than we expected. The sunroom provided a perfect morning spot for our tea and coffee. The bed was excellent and the surroundings were quiet and calming. We will be back!

We were a little disappointed in our accommodations. There are way too many personal effects everywhere.It felt like we were in someone’s home that was very cluttered. The rooms were clean. We just felt very uncomfortable. Therefore, we left and only stayed one night.
