* During certain times of the year Yosemite National Park requires prior reservations to enter. Please check the official website on entrance requirements during your intended stay.
* We welcome pets (please contact us directly if more than 2).
* Please be aware that the yards are not fully enclosed (so we may not be the best fit if you have a runner). Be sure to bring your pets supplies and accessories.
* Fireplace & wood stove are not for use and for decorative use only.
* On the rare occasion that our mountain community might have a power outage, we have a back-up generator and LED lanterns.
*Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Everything is in working order, however should there be any issues, getting vendor support in this area can be difficult, and it may not be possible to fix it during your stay.

What a spacious, unique house! The outdoor areas are so inviting, and the house is very clean, cozy, and welcoming. We loved the location, outside areas, and the huge television in the living room! Hosts communicate well and are accommodating. Easy check-in and check-out. We appreciate you sharing your house with us!

This house was very private and clean and had great amenities. We really enjoyed the game room. The showers are very small and no countertop room for make up on the vanity. Kitchen needed new pans as the nonstick surface had been scraped up and was possibly toxic and there were no non-abrasive spatulas to use to keep it from scratching more. Upon arrival, we had just sat down to take a nap after a long travel and the landscaper showed up and was there for an hour with lawnmower and blower, keeping us from being able to relax. The master bedroom mattress was lumpy and not comfortable.
