The space
Enjoy summer days on the cozy three season porch overlooking the backyard. Lots of yard space, there is plenty of room for the kids to run or play some lawn games. There is also plenty of space to park water toys. Spend your evening by the fire pit.
In the winter you can bring your snowmobile and catch a trail right in the front yard.
Ski, snowboard, or tube at Andes Tower Hills within 7 miles.(about a 12 minute drive)
Cozy up on the couch and binge a show, build a puzzle or play one of the games provided.

Our adult children were in Minnesota for the holidays, and we came to this lovely VRBO for some quiet time away from normal hubbub, and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, time to cook and play board games together, a puzzle room in Alexandria, and a hike at Lake Carlos State Park. Everything was very clean and in good working order.
