The home was very clean and the view is absolutely stunning. The was my first vrbo rental that required meeting with the property manager before going to the rental. Due to cell signal issues, I could not contact the manager/owner for nearly 30 minutes. We then pulled off at the meeting spot where we were finally able to send a text...but we had to wait outside for the manager. After travelling for 12 hours we just wanted to get there. We did find that 2 TVs were not working. We did contact the manager who said she was stopping by but never heard anything after that. The TVs for not work for our entire visit. We also found that there were very few hooks to hang things. There was one hook in each bathroom which allowed us to hang two towels. With 6 people this was a real struggle. I'd also suggest hooks in the showers so wet swimwear could be hung up to dry.

Beautiful location in Coral Bay overlooking Hurricane Harbor. Had two families (4 adults, 4 adult children) stay at the property. The property was an ideal size for the number of guests (4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths). House was equipped with beach chairs (5) (we used the house chairs) and snorkels and swim fins (we brought our own).Parking was sufficient (turning around can be a bit trickly if the separate unit was rented out and there are three cars.).Kitchen was well apportioned with pots/pans/etc. We used the air fryer quite a bit. There were only four chairs for the kitchen table (even though the table would fit 8 (so we ended up using additional chairs at the property to seat the 8 of us. Pool and pool deck were well maintained (we did not use them that frequently). Gas grill was an added bonus.
