Please note that the building has a shared entrance and exterior areas, but the loft itself is entirely private.

Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.
NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). The condo is totally awesome! Love the huge skylight in the bedroom and the big front windows. Very tastefully decorated and a great layout. The renovation retained a bit of the industrial feel of the building while creating a beautiful, clean, and spacious space. Nicely done!The neighborhood was surprisingly nice (I think the university has helped this part of town a lot!) and secure parking in the garage across the street was nice since we brought a convertible.Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful and adventurous ! The loft is a beautiful space as presented on listing! Great location to the beach and eateries! Very clean and comfortable - sauna and message chair was wonderfully relaxing! It was a completely renovated apartment! Loved it! Coffee shop was a plus! The Beat…Nice people!

Apartment is beautiful! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Knife and Fork Inn is a must for happy hour! Plenty of room in the apartment for my partner to work and for me to relax. Bring eye masks if sensitive to light while sleeping. Enjoyed the jetted tub and massage chair.

Great apartment in a perfect location south of the casinos and psychic readings and north of residential Ventnor. Clean and well appointed with in unit sauna, laundry, soak tub and beach chairs, plus full kitchen. If I come back to Atlantic City, I’ll stay here again
