An1896 original Frederick farmhouse, completely restored in 2022, providing a private, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guest house suite with kitchenette and all modern amenities in an upscale neighborhood. A private, park-like, peaceful, 4-acre setting with free parking, amazing gardens, and owners providing breakfast from onsite gardens, vineyard, and orchard (seasonally). Located a short distance to downtown Frederick, the Frederick Station, Frederick Fairgrounds, and I-70. A one-of-a-kind experience.

My wife and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this B&B! It is cute spacious up to date and clean. Mr Boose is very much the host and the breakfasts were 5 star! We were about a mile from the Frederick MD historic and shopping district. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we need overnight accomodations in Frederick!

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were great and provided us with everything to make us comfortable and a very lavish and delicious breakfast. The mini- suite we stayed in had been completely remodeled and was tastefully decorated, cozy, and charming!

I feel very lucky to have secured a reservation at this very cool BnB! The property is gorgeous and Mr Boose was extremely nice and very responsive to messages on the Vrbo app while I was staying there. Large TV above the bed with Netflix available. Excellent heater kept us very warm. Beautiful personal bathroom. 8 minute drive straight into downtown Frederick was extremely convenient. The breakfast was served at a time of our choosing and was both delicious and so well presented! Our weekend was so much more special because we were able to stay here. I would come back!
