This was the perfect location for our stay for my niece’s graduation from Florida State. We were on the side of town where we had no traffic. The house was perfect for all six of us. Lots of extra amenities.

Location of this property couldn't be better. Access to Capital Circle, grocery shopping, FSU Stadium, campus, and downtown Tallahassee straight shot and just minutes away. House nicely appointed. Beds very comfortable. Parking for more than one car an issue. We were allowed to park second car in the grass. Could use an additional livingroom chair and two more diningroom chairs. Accommodates six persons in bedrooms, but only has four dining-room chairs. Very clean and very comfortable. Would book again.

My only complaint is that the house did not get below 75 degrees and there was a code lock in the thermostat. House is not in the best neighborhood but we didn’t have any problems.

This house worked out perfectly. SUPER clean. Close enough to college town to do all we were there for. The house had most of what we needed. If I could make ANY suggestions- Having access to extra towels and flatware would have been nice. Other than that this place worked out wonderfully- Beds were very comfortable and communicating with the management was so easy and pleasant. The neighbors were all so friendly as well. IF I ever need to return to the area I would definately stay here again
