About this house rental

Relax with the whole family at this comfy home. It's home away from home but maybe a little better! Only 5 minutes to Heritage Park soccer fields. We have amenities from pool (heated extra $100/day, requires one day ahead notice so start heating), massage chair, pool table, air hockey for fun. Across the street is neighborhood park where kids can run around on playground, shoot basketball, and volleyball. Or bring your own horseshoes and tennis racket. It's located between Hoover Dam and Strip so it's an easy drive to strip in 25 minutes.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a family ~ pool table, pool, massage chair. Beds were comfy. Close to freeway. Host was extremely accommodating & easy to communicate with.

Booked as house is in same neighborhood as my mom & family. Asked prior to visit to ensure air was working well & it wasn't. Anh quick to get someone out but never worked right. House is dirty, floors, bathmats, base of toilets, outside table. We were told it was a shoe-less house & only 1 towel provided per guest DAY before ck-in (there were bath towels in each both even tho it was just the 2 of us). disappointing. no dishtowels, no hand towels, no pool towels. Posting such things on site when booking would be helpful for packing. very loud streets with tires squealing/screeching - bring earplugs & eye mask for sleeping. Felt it was overpriced for 2 day stay and sparse amenities - and very far from Las Vegas sites for tourists. Thankful family lived close to provide essentials. doubt we'd ever stay again unless price dropped substantially.
