Great location. Spacious apartment stacked with all the amenities. Friendly neighbors. Quiet and good air conditioning. WiFi was not good and dropped signal multiple times per day. Also, the property management goes through another online company… Vacasa… And the people that answered the text messages did not know the property or provide answers that were particularly useful when questions were raised. However, overall the property itself and location made this a great stay.

We like the little sitting area outside on the patio it was very comfortable, and the weather was very nice. The place was roomy and had most of the things that we needed.

Very comfortable 2nd-floor apartment, practically across the street from a Publix supermarket and lots of restaurants and stores of all kinds. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach down a very busy road but safe and used by plenty of people on foot. Washer and dryer are outside on the other side of the small building and you will need $2.5 in quarters for a wash+dry, no detergent provided.
Unfortunately the host is a corporation named Vacasa and not a real human being.
