Intelligently designed, you will have access to our first floor private garden condo with direct pool access. This beautiful condo community consists of 86 coastal luxury apartments overlooking the beautiful Cana Bay / Hard Rock Hotel Championship Golf Course (Hole 9); The Cana Bay Area consists of the Hard Rock Hotel Resort and Casino, Resort restaurants, 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The Cana Bay residential communities have one of the most beautiful private beach clubs in the entire Caribbean; Featured several times on the HGTV Caribbean Life show. The Beach Club offers exclusive use for the condo owners/guests and visitors.
It is a short walk or easy shuttle drive to numerous amenities within this gated luxurious community. There are tennis courts / paddle ball courts, exclusive Beach Club, Hard Rock Hotel / Resort / Casino / Concert Area, Spa + Wellness Center (Expected 2022), and the Cana Bay Golf Course Club House.

VACATION RENTAL GUEST FEES FOR ACCESS TO CANA BAY CLUB AMENITIES:
The use of the facilities has a cost of $25.00 per person, per day for adults (12 years +), $10.00 per children (3-12 years) and Infants Free (0-2 years).
This includes use of the beach, pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms, and common areas.
Other things to note
ELECTRICITY:
50 Kwhs is included in the rental unit. Upon exceeding consumption, an additional payment of US $0.30 per additional kWh is made upon check out via the app.
HARD ROCK HOTEL ALL-INCLUSIVE HALF DAY OR FULL DAY PASSES:
The Hard Rock Restaurants and Resort is reserved for their guests; However day passes are available to access any of the Hard Rock All-Inclusive Restaurants, Bars, and array of Pools. Passes are subject to availability and changes, please verify with the Hard Rock Front Desk.
