In the Nautica residence in Port Barcarès "feet in the water", located on the first floor, fully air-conditioned apartment of 50 m2 including 4 rooms that can accommodate 4 people and a private pontoon with a catway ring for your boat, personal watercraft or others.
In the marina you have two boat launches, 6 communal swimming pools, a playground for children and a petanque and tennis court. The beach is 700m away on foot or 3min by car.
This apartment consists of:
- A living room with a smart TV, an extendable table for 4 people and chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a multifunction microwave, a ceramic hob, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster as well as all utensils and crockery
- A bedroom on the first floor with a 160 x 200 bed and its individual wardrobe, a window and its roller shutter.
- A mezzanine with 2 beds of 140 x 190 and its storage shelves, a window and its shutter.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity unit with mirror and laundry basket
- An entrance hall hallway with a storage cupboard for the vacuum cleaner, broom etc.
- A common patio for hanging laundry
- A large tiled terrace facing the Marina
- A private pontoon in front of the terrace
- Free parking space at 100 m (high season) at 25m (low season)
Total or reversible air conditioning in heating, 2 electric fans, 3 duvets of 240 x 200 and 1 duvet of 260 x 200, 8 pillows of 50 x 70.
