About this house rental
People call me "Kaz Lagoon," and for good reason! With a more-than-ideal location just a 1-minute walk from Trou d’Eau Lagoon—an idyllic beach on Réunion—I’m a house that can accommodate 5 people and offers a splendid ocean view from the terrace and one of the bedrooms!
My special touch? An outdoor shower :)
A modern, stylish “Kaz,” carefully decorated to provide you with all the comfort you need for a dream vacation on our vibrant island!
Accommodation
On the first floor, I have an outdoor shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room that opens onto the terrace, offering a superb ocean view :)
The bright living room provides a cozy and pleasant space to relax. A sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are at your disposal.
The kitchen area is also very well-equipped with an oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils you need for a comfortable stay!
Upstairs, there are two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with 160-cm double beds and an extra bed if needed.
There’s also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Please also note that, if you’d like, we can help organize your activities on the island :)
Below is a brief overview of sports and exploration activities to help you discover the island’s vibrant side, as well as relaxing activities that can be arranged right at your place :)

Additional Notes
We’ll get back to you a few days before your arrival to arrange a time for the key handoff,
However, please note that if you plan to arrive or depart on a French public holiday, or before 10 a.m. or after 6 p.m., you will be charged an additional fee:
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: No additional charge
6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: 30 euros
8 p.m. to midnight: 50 euros
5 a.m. to 10 a.m.: 50 euros
Public holiday: 50 euros
You may be charged an additional fee for cleaning the barbecue at the end of your stay if it has not been cleaned (€60).
