Great location with many restaurants close by. Property was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little firm for me but other than that everything was great! Matthew was easy to communicate with and very accommodating!

We enjoyed how neat, clean, safe and pet-friendly the house was. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed the fenced in backyard with seating outside, grill and firepit. Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect! I have a kiddo at TU so we visit Tulsa frequently. This property is ideally located, about 5 minutes walk to campus. The house is clean and well-furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked. Two bedrooms have mattresses that are so comfortable, and the third bedroom has a large desk with a hide-away sofa bed. This perfectly fit our needs, traveling with my elderly parents. Soaps and toiletries are upscale. Everything is very clean, fresh and modern. The decor is tasteful mid-century modern. We very much enjoyed our stay! The Bailey House will be top of list for the next time we visit TU.
