Lake Pearl

We stayed at this place for two nights. We were probably one of the first few guests to stay at this property. The house seemed very new and also very clean. We were 5 adults and one teenager. There was ample space for everyone to spread out. The view of lake was lovely. The property comes with an all-in-one spa/pool. The spa was heated up remotely by the owner, and was warm during our entire stay. Wi-fi worked really well. The TV comes equipped with access to Netflix/Prime/YouTube, etc.. In terms of practical amenities, there is a coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and blender. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer. There is room for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway). The property is located a 1 minute drive from the main security gate. This was nice since we've stayed at other properties in Palm Desert area which require more driving after you enter the main gate. The property is located 5-7 minutes away from the nearest supermarket, shopping, and restaurants. Lastly, the homes are situated close together, so depending on who is staying next door, you might hear your neighbors enjoying their backyard and spa. We heard our neighbors on both sides of the property at different times. All that said, we really enjoyed our stay in Terra Lago. We would definitely consider staying here again!
