We stayed here for a marriage proposal during night of lights. Home was fair priced and great location right outside the city to avoid giant crowds. I feel the beds/couch was a little uncomfortable and the yard could have used a little maintenance. House was beautiful and cozy. A real historic home with high vaulted ceilings and a giant kitchen window. Enjoyed our stay thank you!

Very tidy, clean. Musty smell. There were five adults and only 4 wash clothes and bath towels, requiring a Walmart run shortly after arrival.

Let me start by saying the pictures in your ad need to be updated. The property is not very well kept on the outside, grass needed cut and outside of house could use washed. Inside of the house is cute but had an odor that we felt could have been a moldy smell. I reported to the Distinctive Beach rental group and was told a work order would be made and someone would check it out. We never heard another word. We were staying 2 weeks and didn’t want to end up sick if it were mold. Also after the hurricane blew thru I messaged the DBR group that the yard had a lot of debris around and it was still there one week later when we left.
If you are a short person good luck getting any dishes as the cabinet in the kitchen is extremely high and hard to reach unless you stand in a chair.
Beds were comfortable and linens nice. The closeness to St Augustine is good. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.
