The apartment was a great place to stay for a family of 4. We appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower and sink, it helped a little to have less bathroom congestion with more people. It was very comfortable with everyone having their own bed. The main bed was 2 smaller mattresses put together. After staying in a cramped apartment in Tokyo, this one felt a lot better. There is what you would consider a full kitchen for Japanese standards and the table was big enough for all 4 of us to sit around and eat.
It's a 10-15 minute walk to Dotonbori and the other major shopping areas. You'll end up walking allot to visit anything here. The train station is also 10 minutes away. One of the most convenient features is there is a Family Mart right around the corner of the building so it is very convenient to get breakfast, snacks, or drinks.
I would recommend staying here - it worked out well for my family of 4.
