About this chalet rental
The house is adorned with beautiful, large wood beams, and live edge wood trim. The entire home is heated with radiant in floor heating.
Top level
Room 1 - King log Bed with private deck/mtn views and attached bath (with steam shower).
Room 2 - Bunk Bed, twin over full.
Room 3 - Across the hall is a bedroom with a king log bed and views.
Rooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. Off the backside of the top floor is access to the private hot tub.
Main floor
The living area has a wrap around couch and recliner for relaxing in front of the gas fire place and large flat screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen, dining table, and powder room are also on the main level.
Gaze at the local wildlife (usually see deer and fox) or the beautiful CO sunsets through the large windows, or spend the evening on the front deck with a glass of wine or Colorado brew.
Room 4 - Large bedroom with two queen beds and a mobile twin trundle bed. This room has an attached full bathroom with jet tub and its own access to the front deck.
Bottom floor
Game Room with a Tornado foosball table , sofa sleeper, 3/4 bathroom, and laundry room. This is a walkout basement and you can step out and sit on the porch swing under the deck and watch the sunset.
-Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be
parked in driveway overnight
-ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community
roads or properties
-No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
-Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
-Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted

We loved our stay. It was spacious with beautiful views. Host was very fast to respond. Hot tub, grill, gas fireplace, steam shower, and everything else in the house worked great. Easy 30 minute drive to Winter Park.

Beautiful home close to Granby Ranch ski resort. Mitch was great! Having kids with us he made sure we were aware of all the possible activities close by. Looking forward to returning. Thanks Mitch!

Communication with the property owner was great. Check in/out was super simple and a breeze. The house is amazing with endless views of the mountains and downtown Granby. The house is centrally located to all of the amenities making it super easy to get to anything that you may need or want to do. The hot tub was a nice feature on those cold wintery nights. We are already planning our trip back next year!
