About this house rental
Upon arrival at the property you will find a lawned garden with fruit trees, an automatic gate, and a kennel on the side of the house... we have a veranda surrounding the house and a covered garage.
Inside the house we have... a spacious and very well-ventilated living room (plus 2 ceiling fans), a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a sound system, and a reclining and retractable sofa... a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is bright, clean, and well-ventilated, with a hot shower and a hairdryer.
The room is well-ventilated with a window overlooking the pool, a ceiling fan, a desk with approximately 3 meters of shelf, a power source, and is located near the window. The room has a queen-size bed with a pocket spring mattress and air conditioning.
We provide a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and much more.
Several appliances are ready for use. In the back of the house, the gourmet area features a pool table, barbecue grill, sink, and cooktop.
We have a freezer for storage and an outdoor bathroom. All of this overlooks a 7m swimming pool with a waterfall, LED lighting, and a hot tub.
We are located very close to Gavião Beach and Barbudo Beach... places where we can go for walks... enjoy time with family and connect with nature.
The street is not yet paved, but the asphalt is 200m from the house!
Araruama boasts several gastronomic establishments that cater to the whole family... from rustic-style restaurants, pizzerias, Japanese restaurants, and Northeastern cuisine, not to mention the free sports activities that the city hall provides by the lake, such as stand-up paddleboarding and volleyball... all this so that you and your family can have incredible experiences... and with total safety.
