About this house rental
Recently updated with plenty of room for family and friends! This property is on a deep water canal with direct gulf access. It features a hot tub and great outdoor space as well as being a short walk (or drive) to an executive golf course. There is a very nice boat ramp 5 minutes down the street to launch your boat. The house is a nice boat ride to Sanibel and Captiva islands. We love taking our boat and anchoring on the gulf side of Sanibel island to hang out with friends or just relax. Bring the kiddos and let them hunt for sand dollars or play on the beach. It’s a great spot for inshore and off shore fishermen as well as there are a number of reefs not far off of the coast. This location is very peaceful and quiet yet close to all of the major restaurants/ stores etc. in Cape Coral. For example, there is a Publix about 2 minutes from the home and a Super Target about 5 minutes from the home. If you like to shop, the Outlets are very close to this location as well. Hop across the river on your boat and check out Pinchers and Joe’s Crab Shack by water! There are multiple marinas near by to grab gas or bait. Great neighbors and overall great area!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property while visiting family nearby. Beds were comfy, TVs EVERYWHERE! We enjoyed evening walks through the neighborhood. The property manager was SUPER responsive when we had any questions / concerns (thank you!). We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area!

We came to Florida with two couples and wanted to hit a Minnesota Spring Training game. This house is fairly close to the stadium along with being a reasonable distance from Punta Gorda airport and beaches. The house was very clean. My husband said the grill worked great. We did not use the hot tub, so cannot comment on that. Overall good experience.
