Appliances include a 4-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave oven, a mini-dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. Also in the kitchen behind louvered doors is a stacked washer/dryer set. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and living area where there is a table seating up to four. This flows nicely into the living area which has a queen-size sleeper-sofa with end tables, lamps and a coffee table. Across from the sofa is a side chair and credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a large furnished balcony overlooking the street, with views of the back bay.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamp, a corner chair, a walk-in closet and a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV. There are two sets of sliding glass doors, with one side providing a view from the balcony of the Times Square area and Gulf of Mexico, and the other sliding doors go out to the furnished balcony off the living room with a view of the back bay. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, night stand and lamp, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers. The hallway bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.
