French doors open onto a patio strung with lights, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ, with stunning views of Mt. Rainier and the Puget Sound. Soak in the private hot tub, or simply watch for the resident deer and bunnies.
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a gas stove, and everything you need to cook a real meal.
The primary suite is a destination in itself: a Serta California King adjustable bed, gas fireplace, 50" smart TV, and a spa bathroom with soaking tub, waterfall faucet, and adjustable lighting.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, 50" smart TV, and peekaboo views of Mt. Rainier and the Sound. An air mattress with bedding is available for extra guests. The second bathroom features a wall-to-wall walk-in glass shower with a waterfall showerhead.
Central AC keeps summers comfortable, and the home is completely allergy-free — no pets, ever. Downtown Gig Harbor is a short walk away, with waterfront parks, local dining, and boutique shopping all within easy reach.

I rented Marcia’s house as a gift of appreciation for some friends. What a magnificent house! The kind we dreamt of in boarding school: light, airy, tons of windows, a view, high ceilings, a large kitchen equipped with EVERYTHING, luxurious furniture, cozy bedrooms, elegant bathrooms, a hot tub, snacks, privacy, quiet … convenient to downtown Gig Harbor … Marcia’s retreat is really perfection and we would love to stay again someday. Thank you! My guests were over the moon happy with their stay. Highly recommend!!

The best of the of the best!! Gorgeous home, everything you could possibly need. Host answered all my questions promptly. It is a destination in and of itself. Great location, if I need to stay in Gig Hatbor again. I won’t hesitate to stay here!!
