The high-end "Ocean Air" vacation apartment is located in a building complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, right on the beach promenade facing the Baltic Sea.
There are plenty of parking spaces available for arriving guests in front of the property. From there, it’s just a few steps to the elevator, which takes you comfortably up to the apartment on the first floor.
A hallway then leads to the spacious living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the apartment with light.
The Scandinavian-maritime style interior, enhanced by its color scheme, lends a timelessly elegant touch, making you feel right at home. A comfortable sofa arrangement, hardwood floors, underfloor heating throughout, and a fireplace all contribute to this atmosphere.
With a good glass of wine and a crackling fire, even rainy days can be thoroughly enjoyable. Two flat-screen TVs provide entertainment with a home entertainment package.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and is sure to delight more than just home cooks. Thanks to the open layout of the living/dining area, cozy get-togethers are always possible—whether you’re preparing sumptuous delicacies, chatting, or playing games.
Both bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that can be darkened with curtains, and comfortable box-spring beds ensure a restful sleep and peaceful nights.
