This excellent home has been designed to a high standard. Located in the heart of Hollywood, it’s the ideal retreat for an exquisite & upscale stay. This superbly styled home is perfect for a luxurious getaway. It`s ideal for large groups of friends & family looking for a dreamy and adventurous Hollywood vacation. It`s an excellent base for those looking to discover what the area has on offer. The house is located close to the boardwalk if you want to have a relaxing day at the beach. If the beach doesn’t suit you, relax in your private pool. With 3 bedrooms, our property is best suited for large groups looking to kick back and relax. State-of-the-art Smart TVs in all rooms allow you to stay connected to your favorite shows. Perfect if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Hollywood but not right in the middle of it. Comfortable, calm, and convenient. We love to go that extra mile so you can feel like you are at home. We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness by having our property cleaned by professional cleaning companies. Spotless and clean have always been our focus, and in current times we increased this feature exponentially. We are sure you will enjoy this home.

This property is terrific all year round for a visit to Hollywood. Hollywood, Florida may not be as famous as its namesake in California, but that doesn’t mean that you should give this city a miss in favor of a trip to Los Angeles. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, there is a gorgeous beach here which makes this is the perfect destination for those who want to spend some time on the sand. There is a historic boardwalk that has a wealth of beachfront dining and accommodation and will help you make the most of the sun and surf in this city. The beach is not the only thing that Hollywood has going for it. As you venture into town, you will find amazing galleries, parks, and cinemas. If you love culture, you won’t be disappointed by the wealth of events that center around art here such as public art installations and the ArtWalk that takes place every month. Loads to do for all types and ages, from outdoor adventures for local explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.
Mandatory house rules:
1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
2. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house
3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8am
4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.

Loved the location of the house, close to the beach, retail areas, restaurants and airport. The property was as advertised but is starting to be worn in a few areas. In addition, there was construction going on at the house next door for all 7 days we were there. I still recommend and was a relaxing experience.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the "Modern Design/ Amazing Pool Spa" home. It was a fantastic location, really close to Hollywood Beach, which we also loved! We spent a ton of time enjoying the pool, hot tub and backyard outside area in general.
