This mid-terrace cottage has two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for two small cars and an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed. You can find a shop and pub within 0.9 miles. 4 Plas Newydd is a lovely base for a coastal break. Note: There is some building work taking place at the back of the property opposite on this cul-de-sac. They are having a ground floor extension at the back and this work may last until maybe April or May. Please call the office with any queries.

For the greatest views, ride the Great Orme Tramway or a mile-long cable car to the peak. Venue Cymru, North Wales' finest theatre stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy, and visiting orchestras, is within a stone's throw from the promenade. World Heritage Site Conwy is a mediaeval jewel with a magnificent castle and well-preserved town walls just a short drive away.
