About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a quiet neighborhood on a side street. The apartment is comfortably furnished and modernly equipped. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a view of the sea and the garden. In the garden itself, there’s a large stone grill with an outdoor kitchen, where you can enjoy a typical Dalmatian barbecue. You can buy fish or meat for your barbecue at the market in the town center and the old town (a 15-minute walk), where fresh produce is available daily. There’s a bakery 100 meters from the house and a small grocery store 200 meters further on; a large supermarket is also nearby. There are several beaches in town: The nearest beach is a pebble beach located 300 meters from the house; 800 meters further on, you’ll find a sandy beach, among others.

Thanks to our location, you’ll enjoy a diverse landscape with a wide range of activities and opportunities for day trips to nearby islands, nature reserves, or national parks. Worth mentioning, for example, are boat trips to the Kornati Archipelago and canoe trips on a river with rapids and waterfalls. Biking or short hiking tours on one of the islands with secluded, unspoiled coves...

In Septenber we returned for another 3 weeks in what we have foun d to be the ideal location for our type of holiday. We drove over from England and were once again made most welcome by family Perkovic who could not have been more helpful and generously hospitable. We love the romance of the studio, the intimate balcony, the sea views and its cosiness. We left our boat in agarden on the beach for a reasonable fee. Friends joined us from UK via Zadar airport which is a convenient 35k away. We were given the Penthouse for the second week and stayed there for the third week. Karlo (Charlie) and Nevia could not have been better friends with their tips and tipples. We will be returning for Sept 2011.
