The cottage
This rustic chalet with 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open area on the living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals. The dining table can easily accommodate 10 people while the island can accommodate 3 additional people. In the living room you will find numerous sofas as well as a large television. Also on this floor, we find 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. A full bathroom with bath and shower as well as a second bathroom adjoining a bedroom are also located there.
Upstairs, you will find a billiard room with television as well as the third bedroom with two double beds.
The ground floor gives access to a very large covered patio with mosquito net shelters, allowing us to fully enjoy the days outdoors. We find a space to cook with BBQ, a dining table as well as a relaxing space with a wood fireplace for the cooler evenings. A space for campfires is set up outside in addition to a pétanque court. Good family moments are guaranteed at this chalet.
Location
Very intimate in nature, the chalet is located on a small private domain of 85,000 square feet. On site, we will find a small lake for swimming with water shoes as well as a river to immerse your feet in while having an aperitif.
In the heart of the Bras du Nord Valley, we find the Shannan reception, less than 5 kilometers from the chalet. This outdoor cooperative offers us several summer activities such as mountain biking, hiking, canoeing down the river, a Via Ferrata course and Canoying. In winter, we talk more about snowshoeing, fat biking, ski-snowshoeing and mountain skiing.
The city center of Saint-Raymond, located about fifteen minutes by car, allows us to have all the amenities nearby; grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, SAQ and more.
