Deer Crossing Farmhouse is the perfect retreat for friend groups and multigenerational families! With a first-floor bedroom and bathroom, plus a cozy second living room upstairs for extra space, it’s an ideal home base for your Finger Lakes adventures. Whether it's a girls’ weekend, friends' reunion, or family vacation, you'll be close to Ithaca, Cornell, Greek Peak, state parks, waterfalls, wineries, and breweries...everything the Finger Lakes has to offer! Centrally located, just 15 mins to Ithaca & 10 mins to Cortland.

The house sits on 2 acres! Our backyard has something for everyone in your group! Amenities include:
✴Pickleball and basketball court (available seasonally)
✴Open-air barn with a bar & plenty of games...cornhole, darts, ring hook to name a few.
✴Firepit with Adirondak chairs. Plenty of firewood too!
✴Gas grill
✴Hot tub (Seats 6)
KITCHEN
✴Seating for 10
✴Wine fridge
✴Coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee machine with K-cups & tea bags
✴Washer/dryer. Laundry detergent available for guest use
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
✴65" smart television with a “guest access” enabled Roku for you to log into your own streaming accounts.
✴Have flashbacks to your childhood while playing Nintendo with your favorite games from the 80's and 90's

Our four bedrooms feel like home, from luxury mattresses with cotton linens. Windows in each room let in natural light, while room darkening shades and sound machines help to ensure a restful sleep. You’ll also find toss pillows, throws, and mirrors in each room.

✴Bedroom 2 - Full bed (upstairs - top of the stairs)
✴Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin beds (upstairs - across from bedroom 2)
✴Bedroom 4 - King bed (upstairs - across from bathroom)
✴Bonus Area - upstairs (queen sized sleeper sofa)
Our bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 and our queen sleeper sofa on the 2nd floor provides sleeping space for 2 more.

This was the perfect getaway. We really enjoyed using the dining room table for puzzles, the hot tub for relaxing, the kitchen for shared meals, and the comfy beds. Our host was super nice and helpful. We would love to to stay here again in warmer weather so that we could enjoy the outdoor amenities more.

Our stay was fabulous. The house is a little far (20 min drive from town) but everything else was amazing. Property is very cute with excellent amenities (the hot tub was the highlight). Also everything we needed was there (Keurig, utensils, shampoo, etc). Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and fun place! Was large enough for everyone and had lots of things to do at the home! Clean and comfortable! Owner was communicative and friendly. Would 100% go again, even if we didnt have an event around that area!

Everything was great…outdoor bar and fire pit are perfect for hanging out with friends/family..and the hot tub is icing on the cake!
