The Kanini Estate is a recently constructed, beautifully furnished luxury villa in Waikoloa's premier oceanfront community of "Naupaka at Waikoloa." The Estate is located within walking distance of The Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ Marketplace, world-class golf and the beautiful beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay as well as the Lava Lava Beach Club. The Kanini Estate offers all the resort amenities one could hope for. Built with the highest quality fixtures and finishes, this contemporary home offers a beautiful setting overlooking the protected Waikoloa Anchialine Ponds with stunning views to the ocean, sunsets and beyond. The home offers a full gym and game room, with high speed internet available throughout. The upper level offers a secondary entertaining area with a covered lanai and amazing panoramic views. A spacious outdoor pool and spa, dining area, BBQ, bar, fire pit, and lush yard space offer outdoor living at its best.
