Wanna get away from it all, step out back to your own slice of paradise, you will enjoy the private fenced in backyard where you can soak up some sun in the large salt water swimming pool (with the option to have heated). Throw some steaks on the grill and make unforgettable vacation memories while having the best beach cookout! There is parking for everyone, including small trailers/campers. The Blue Palm is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and an easy 10 min. stroll to Pier Park for shopping and dining! This house was in a perfect location to the Ironman transition. When we arrived at the house we noticed that the couch could use a cleaning and then we started to inspect the linens on the beds and noticed that there were stains on the master bedroom sheets and the rest of the beds in the house were dirty as well. The one comforter had a red stain on it and after washing it the red came right out of the comforter. It was clear that the linens on each bed hadn’t been washed between renters. The towels were dirty and had stains on them and all of the cutlery, utensils and dishes were dirty as well. After speaking with the owner she said that she would issue a credit for our inconvenience and she still has yet to issue a credit. Do yourself a favor and pass over this house or you will be washing linens and comforters for your entire vacation.
