We had a very comfortable stay in this home. Perfectly accommodated our family. The layout of the home was great….terrific main floor bedroom for my parents who are not good on steps anymore. Also I highly recommend this layout if you have children in the 6-10 age range, the separate family room and bedroom on the lower level was perfect for them. Outdoor space was terrific for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, as well S’mores! Thank you for the great family memories we made!

The layout of the house was good, and it was in good condition. However:
--All but two of the electric blinds do not work due to dead or weak batteries. We submitted a work request early in the week but nothing was done. All but two blinds are closed, which makes the house very dark. We also need directions for how to operate the remote.
--There was no binder in the house with info about the house. We had many questions...
--The internet coverage was poor outside of the basement. You need a stronger router.
--We saw a mouse in the kitchen.
--Many bulbs were burned out.
--Dimmers in some locations would be nice.
--The HVAC is very poorly designed for summer temperatures. The basement was 10-15 degrees colder than the main floor and the second floor was 10-15 degrees warmer than the main floor. There was only one register in the basement and only one register per room on the second floor. Consider a second AC zone for the second floor.
--The outside AC unit was noisy and very audible from the main outdoor living areas. It should be moved around the corner to the front of the house.
