About this cabin rental

Relax, get cozy and enjoy this single level cabin with sandy beach access! Tamarack Resort is just a few miles away, offering downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lines and golf. Cascade Lake and a huge sandy beach are just across the street from your front door (2 minute stroll). This cabin has shared subdivision sandy beach lake access, which is across the street and to the south one lot. The cabin is accessible year-round and is just 2 miles from the town of Donnelly.

Main Floor:
1- Master Bedroom with a King Bed and attached bathroom.
2- Bedroom with Queen Bed and a shared bathroom.
3- Bunk Room with 2 Twin Bunk Beds. (sleeps 4).



Cabin Features:
Smart TV, DVD player, board games, pool table, dining table, ceiling fans, electric fireplace and a fire pit in the yard.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, dishware & flatware, microwave, blender and toaster.

General:
Free high speed Wi-Fi (may be slower during peak seasons), linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, central heat, in-home laundry machines, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, keyless entry, trash bags & paper towels. 2-3 steps required for access; this area... may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Parking:
Rectangular, gently sloped driveway with additional circular driveway with direct street access.

House Rules and Policies:
- No smoking or vaping

- No events, parties, or large, unapproved, gatherings

- Must be at least 21 years old to book

With Tamarack Resort just a few miles away, offering downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lines and the lake just outside your back door, guests staying at this comfortable vacation rental will have something fun to do all year-round.

This home is located off of a paved road and is accessible year-round.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please message us prior to booking. All pets require pre-approval. A $75 fee per pet is required and must be paid prior to arrival. A refundable pet deposit may also apply per pet (in addition to the $75 fee), based on factors such as age, weight, breed, shedding, and sex.
If approval is granted but required fees and/or deposits are not paid before arrival, the pet will be considered unauthorized. Evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property (inside OR outside) at any time during your stay will result in a $500 penalty per pet. Guests with unauthorized pets may be required to vacate immediately without refund. Any pet-related damage will incur additional charges, whether the pet was approved or not.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Very clean property, easy check-in process, had all the amenities we needed. Easy walk to a perfect, quiet beach location on the lake.

The house was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Reserving the property was a little complicated and checking out was more labor intensive than I have seen before but it was a great stay.
