This beautiful home offers 1300 square feet of furnished living space and is just steps away from our PRIVATE beach. This beach condominium accommodates 6 guests, offering both a place to call home and pristine beaches within easy walking distance.
You will have 3 private beach accesses, and the common areas include THREE spacious community pools, a hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, and grills available for outdoor cooking. Two pools are heated for those cool days and nights in the fall and winter seasons!

Upon arrival, this luxury community welcomes you to this fabulous beach home. Inside, natural light pours through the windows, highlighting the crisp living space and sleek wood floors.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and ample counter space. The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the private balcony or around the pool. The balcony has new luxury patio furniture, and we recently added a sliding barn door for privacy in the bunkbed room.
Come relax and unwind on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, immerse yourself in nature on 30A walking trails, soak up the sun by the pool or paddleboard/kayak to watch the beautiful sunsets of 30A. Blessings are plentiful!

Gulf Place is steps away from the condo and offers shopping, eclectic art, and great restaurant choices. Grocery shopping is super convenient with Walmart less than 5 miles away or Publix less than 3 miles away. Take a relaxing walk to Shunk Gulley’s Restaurant and Bar, just across the street, for hand crafted cocktails and watch the sunset. Head over for some great seafood overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at Bud and Alley’s in Seaside or for an eclectic and live music experience The Red Bar is a must in Grayton Beach!! For a fun variety of ice cream and candy, including ‘adult” ice cream, Pecan Jacks is .1 mile away. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, 5.5 miles away, or the Destin Commons Shopping Mall, 14 miles away, offers some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Such a clean and upscale condo! They definitely didn’t skimp on Furniture and all the beds are comfortable! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony staring out at the ocean and the kids loved playing cards out there at night. We will definitely be back next year!

We enjoyed our first visit to Santa Rosa. This condo is in a great location, walkable to restaurants, the beach, etc! Great view of the ocean and I was really happy with the low noise level being spring break but also proximity to all of the local food and drinks. Condo was well equipped and manager was very responsive and helpful. Would love to vsiit again soon!

My family and I had a wonderful week stay! We loved the location and convenience while exploring the area. The beach was just a short walk away and the kids loved the pools. The condo was very clean and fresh. Brooksie was super sweet and very helpful with any questions we had or anything we needed. We will definitely be back!
