The house was as advertised, which is always a relief. We had almost everything we needed and some extra items we didn't, but other families would find useful. The neighborhood was nice, everything was quiet overnight and the two people we met were friendly.

Wonderful communicattion with host, house was well maintained and updated, very clean, nice location, bed very comfotable, screened porch wonderful! Had issues with TV but owners were quick to respond and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. Overall, we had a nice stay!

My family and I wanted to surprise my grandmother and I’ll be together for Christmas. My grandmother stays in the area as well as a couple of my other relatives and the rest of us came in from other parts of Florida is in a few other states so that we can all spend Christmas Day together.
I rented the House and it was spacious and in very nice neighborhood so security wasn’t an issue.
I do understand that this is a new rental so some kinks will need to be worked out.
However upon their arrival the Internet code was not working but fortunately my cousin does tech-support and was able to re-boot the Wi-Fi and was able to get it back working properly. Also the weather was very cold that weekend and we cannot get the heater to work so the house was very cold. However in spite of the few problems we all was together and we did enjoy ourselves so overall we had a good time! And with that being said I would rent this house again once those issues have been resolved which I think they are very easy fixes and the holes did communicate with me throughout the weekend which made it a lot better. This is just my honest review of this house and it is my recommendation that you give it a try and the price was very reasonable. Also the host was very communicative with me, and like I said once those little kinks are worked out this will be a great house/Rental for any family.
