Waterfront beach area, pool and outdoor oasis. 5 minute drive to Pompano Beach pier and entertainment plus 10 minute boat ride to intercoastal. Walk or drive to local entertainment or family fun activities. 20-30 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale or Palm Beach, golf, art, local festivals. Outdoor bar, grill, fire pit, hot tub, paddle boards & many other sun & fun and yet quiet private neighborhood. Kitchen great for hosting (seats 8-12) with indoor pool table and outdoor screened bar & plenty of seating with the indoor and outdoor patios both with projectors, bluetooth wireless sound system and 7 tv's in the house total.

Favorite room in the house is the enclosed patio with lit up bar area, TV and projector including privacy screens and immaculate views of the inlet. Grab lunch and paddle board out to the lakes or dock your boat, head out fishing (ocean is about 30 minutes via boat). Walk to bars and restaurants or head to the pier as pompano's revival program is stellar; Beach House, Briny Pub, Lucky Fish, etc. Rent golf carts, go parasailing, take a day cruise to the Bahamas and so much more!
